Actually you know what, we need a general round of dep updates, mostly for the build chain and demos, normally I'd omit components from that but let me just include igv in that one PR.

FWIW, I directly added the IGV script and used client side callbacks to control the returned browser. Not only do you control the IGV version but not having to reconstruct the browser for every control event is a much smoother experience. It will need the user to be a little more familiar with JavaScript though.
